- You may request deletion of personal information if our processing violates law, if we collected information without required consent, if our processing violates our agreement with you, if you cancel your BeeX account, or if we terminate the relevant service.
- You may change or withdraw authorization by adjusting device permissions, privacy settings, account settings, or by contacting us. Some services may become unavailable after consent is withdrawn.
- You may request account cancellation. After cancellation, BeeX will stop providing the relevant products and services and delete or anonymize personal information as required by applicable law.
For security, we may ask you to submit a written request or verify your identity before processing requests. We strive to respond within 30 days after receiving and verifying your request. We may refuse requests that are repetitive, excessive, technically impractical, unrelated to your identity, harmful to the rights of others, or restricted by law.

BeeX attaches great importance to protecting minors' personal information. Minors may not create BeeX accounts without consent from a parent or legal guardian. If you are under 18, please use BeeX only with consent and supervision from your parent or guardian.
If we discover that personal information from a minor has been collected without verifiable consent from a parent or guardian, we will make reasonable efforts to delete the relevant information promptly.
