• Identity data: name, surname, gender, profile picture, date of birth, and government-issued identity information where required.
• Contact data: delivery address, email address, phone number, WhatsApp number, TikTok account, Shopee account, social network identifiers, and customer service communication records.
• Account and payment data: bank account details, debit or credit card details, payment details, payout profiles, expiry dates, and related payment verification information.
• Transaction data: order details, product lists, affiliate link activity, cashback, commission, wallet, withdrawal, and other service records related to you.
• Technical data: IP address, login data, browser type, browser version, time zone, device model, operating system, platform, IMEI, MAC address, device identifier, cookies, and similar technologies.
• Profile and usage data: username, password or authentication data, PIN, OTP data, SSO data, browsing history, search records, usage behavior, preferences, feedback, and survey responses.

• To process product links, generate affiliate sharing links, calculate cashback, synchronize platform orders, settle wallet balances, and support withdrawals.
• To process orders, provide customer support, respond to inquiries, handle complaints, resolve disputes, and communicate service status.
• To verify and carry out payment transactions, bank transfers, e-wallet transactions, payout transactions, and related settlement services.
• To provide marketing information, promotional offers, coupons, campaigns, product recommendations, and affiliate opportunities when allowed by law or consent.
• To conduct fraud detection, risk control, due diligence, audit, compliance, legal claim handling, and platform security monitoring.

• We may share information with BeeX affiliates to provide account, wallet, affiliate, campaign, customer service, security, and operational services.
• We may share information with trusted partners such as payment providers, payout providers, cloud service providers, data analytics providers, customer support providers, logistics partners, marketing service providers, fraud prevention providers, and platform partners such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, WhatsApp, and other commerce or communication platforms.
• We may transfer personal information if BeeX undergoes merger, acquisition, restructuring, bankruptcy, asset transfer, or similar business change, subject to lawful safeguards.
• We may publicly disclose personal information only when required by law, with your separate consent, or where the information has lawfully become public.

When sharing information, we require recipients to process the information according to this Privacy Policy, our instructions, and applicable law.

• You may view and update account information, profile information, phone number, WhatsApp number, delivery information, and other editable information in BeeX account settings where available.
• You may view relevant order, wallet, cashback, and withdrawal records through BeeX service pages where available.
• You may request deletion of personal information if our processing violates law, if we collected information without required consent, if our processing violates our agreement with you, if you cancel your BeeX account, or if we terminate the relevant service.
• You may change or withdraw authorization by adjusting device permissions, privacy settings, account settings, or by contacting us. Some services may become unavailable after consent is withdrawn.
• You may request account cancellation. After cancellation, BeeX will stop providing the relevant products and services and delete or anonymize personal information as required by applicable law.

For security, we may ask you to submit a written request or verify your identity before processing requests. We strive to respond within 30 days after receiving and verifying your request. We may refuse requests that are repetitive, excessive, technically impractical, unrelated to your identity, harmful to the rights of others, or restricted by law.

6. Minors

BeeX attaches great importance to protecting minors' personal information. Minors may not create BeeX accounts without consent from a parent or legal guardian. If you are under 18, please use BeeX only with consent and supervision from your parent or guardian.

If we discover that personal information from a minor has been collected without verifiable consent from a parent or guardian, we will make reasonable efforts to delete the relevant information promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in BeeX services, business operations, legal requirements, technology, or security practices. Updated versions will be posted on the BeeX app and official website. For material changes, we may provide more prominent notice through announcements, messages, login prompts, or other appropriate channels.
